QNB Egypt Wins “2025 Payments Quality Award” from JP Morgan

QNB Egypt received the “2025 Payments Quality Recognition Award” from JP Morgan for the 8th consecutive year, in recognition of its exceptional performance after achieving a 99.85% Straight-Through Processing (STP) rate for outgoing payments.
The award was received on behalf of QNB Egypt by Mr. Mohamed Bedeir; Chief Executive Officer of QNB Egypt, at the bank’s headquarters, in the presence of senior management representatives from both sides.
This new achievement reflects the bank’s efficiency in processing payments accurately and effectively in line with the highest international standards. It is also supported by the bank’s advanced infrastructure in fund transfer operations and its strong commitment to high payment standards, as well as excellence and professional efficiency in the areas of compliance and risk management.
This milestone further confirms the sustainability of the bank’s operational performance, as it continues to develop its digital payment systems, upgrade its operating platforms, and strengthen its market share by delivering value-added products and high-quality services that enhance the overall customer experience.
Mr. Mohamed Bedeir, CEO of QNB Egypt, stated that the award represents international recognition of the bank’s operational excellence and its commitment to implementing global best practices in managing and executing payments, which constitute a key pillar of its digital transformation and sustainable growth strategy.

This annual award is granted to banks that demonstrate excellence in processing foreign currency payments according to stringent criteria set by JP Morgan in the field of Straight-Through Processing (STP).
Straight-Through Processing ensures that transactions are completed without human intervention, helping to avoid errors, reduce processing time and resource usage, and ultimately deliver faster and more secure services to customers.
